I am excited to announce that I will be starting weekly yin yoga classes in Cowes on Wednesday mornings at 10am
Newport classes will continue on Friday mornings as usual, so now you have more options to experience yin yoga with me!
Yoga Styles
Yoga is an ancient practice that has evolved over the centuries to encompass many different styles, but at it's core the practice of yoga is about uniting our mind, body and spirit to find more balance and peace within ourselves, and in doing so to deepen our connection with the world around us.
Vinyasa flow links breath with movement to create a sequence that flows between poses
Yin and restorative classes are slow paced with a long time spent in each posture to encourage more inner awareness
Hatha yoga combines the study of asana (postures) with pranayama (breathing techniques) with a focus on proper technique and alignment of the body
