We are moving!

Our Hove studio is now sadly closed. Thank you to all the yogis who supported me by coming to my classes over the years. Your commitment to the practice helped me to become a better teacher.

As of February 2024 we are now based in Cowes on the Isle of Wight, where I will be launching new in person classes in the near future. Watch this space for more details!

About Me - Susie Marshall

My yoga practice is a journey that started many years ago when I stepped into my first Ashtanga studio, and is still unfolding and evolving as I continue to learn and discover more about myself and the history and philosophy of this ancient practice.

My intention as a teacher is to be your guide on your own personal yoga journey, helping you to find a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you.

Yoga Offerings

Yoga is an ancient practice that has evolved over the centuries to encompass many different styles, but at it's core the practice of yoga is about uniting our mind, body and spirit to find more balance and peace within ourselves, and in doing so to deepen our connection with the world around us.
