New Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement class

I am excited to announce that I will be starting weekly Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes in Cowes on Tuesday afternoons at 2.30pm.

Yin yoga classes in Cowes and Newport will continue on Wednesday and Friday mornings as usual.

My yoga practice is a journey that started many years ago when I stepped into my first Ashtanga studio, and is still unfolding and evolving as I continue to learn and discover more about myself and the history and philosophy of this ancient practice.

My intention as a teacher is to be your guide on your own personal yoga journey, helping you to find a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you.

Yoga is an ancient practice that has evolved over the centuries to encompass many different styles, but at it's core the practice of yoga is about uniting our mind, body and spirit to find more balance and peace within ourselves, and in doing so to deepen our connection with the world around us.
