The beauty of a private class is that you get individual attention in a lesson that is tailored to your needs. Private classes are perfect if you:
- prefer to practice early in the morning before most studios are open
- are working with an injury and want to learn how to modify your practice to accommodate it
- would like to focus on a specific aspect of your yoga practice
- have never tried yoga before and want to learn the basics before practicing in a group
Private classes are offered in a one to one setting at my home studio in Cowes.
I can accommodate groups of up to 3 in the studio if you prefer to practice with friends or a partner.
