I am super excited to be partnering with @wightwellbeingcollective to bring my gentle, slow yin yoga practice to Cowes.
In yin yoga we use breathwork and props to support the body in long-held poses to allow you to fully relax into the pose. This helps to relieve muscle tension and leave you feeling calm and centred.
My first class is at 10am on Wednesday 15th Jan, at Wight Wellbeing Collective, Shepards Wharf, Medina Road. I can't wait to see you there!

Happy New Year yogis! We are back tomorrow with our regular Friday morning class above FitBox Gym in Newport. I'm looking forward to getting back into some stretching and breathing after spending too much time sitting down over the holidays!
In other news, I am launching a new class in Cowes with the fabulous @wightwellbeingcollective. It's a brand new studio on Medina Road, close to the chain ferry and I am so looking forward to teaching in my local community ❤

Summer is in full swing on the island, so why not take some time out of the heat to chill out and relax with some slow mindful stretches and breathwork at a yin yoga class.
This month's classes will be themed around the Anatomy Trains theory of fascial lines, with the first class tomorrow focusing on the superficial back line.
